Who is the community for?
The L&D Leaders Community is for mid-to-senior learning and development leaders who want to make learning collaborative, impactful and directly connected to the business.
To keep the community focused, relevant and high-quality, all applications are reviewed based on the following criteria. We welcome members who:
- Work in L&D, HR, or organizational development with a strategic focus on learning culture, leadership, or transformation.
- Hold a mid- to senior-level role (manager level or above).
- Have 5+ years of experience in L&D, talent, change, or related areas.
- Work inside an organization with at least 200 employees.
- Want to advance learning beyond traditional approaches, focusing on culture, collaboration, and strategic impact.
Membership is free of charge, and applications are reviewed continuously as new spaces open.
